To navigate this regulation, pets must first be relocated to a country recognized by New Zealand as “rabies-controlled” or “rabies-free” – Category 2 or 3 approved countries. They must then stay there for at least 6 months before heading to New Zealand.

What happens during the Singapore stay?

The final leap: Singapore to New Zealand
